Water left in an irrigation system can freeze and damage pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads. A fall winterization is a short visit with a long winter to justify it.
What winterization covers
We work through the irrigation system zone by zone and use compressed air to clear water from the lines. System size, access, and site conditions determine the visit. Tell us about any known leaks or repairs when you book.
Price and timing
Winterization is $75 for up to five zones, plus $10 for each additional zone. Schedule before sustained freezing weather; Omaha forecasts are not famous for respecting the calendar. We confirm the scope before work starts.
If a freeze has already arrived, call or text (402) 880-7269 and describe the system. We can discuss the next practical step and spring start-up if needed.
Help us plan the visit
The number of zones and access to the controller and connection point help us schedule the right amount of time. Tell us if a zone has a known leak, a head that will not rise, or a valve that has been acting up. Winterization prepares the system for freezing weather; it does not replace a repair to an existing fault.
