A landscape plan should start with the property in front of us. Sun, drainage, existing beds, irrigation coverage, and how you actually use the yard matter more than a picture from somewhere with a very different climate.
Start with what is already working
A bed may need a cleaner edge and better plant choices, not a complete rebuild. Thin lawn areas may need a watering adjustment or aeration and overseeding before anything more involved. We look for the useful fix first.
Make the scope clear
Send the address, a few photos, and what bothers you most about the space. We can discuss planting beds, mulch or rock, irrigation, lawn care, and the right timing. Then we quote the actual work. No grand reveal with a surprise invoice.
A useful order for the work
First identify anything that will undo the cosmetic improvements, especially runoff, broken irrigation, or beds that collect water. Next decide which plants and materials can stay. That gives the project a sensible sequence and helps avoid paying to redo a finished area.
